If two or more eligible referrers accumulate the same number of Referral Points, the eligible referrer who joined the Promotion earlier according to Binance’s official records will rank higher.If an eligible referrer achieves a leaderboard ranking but does not meet the minimum Referral Points requirement applicable to that ranking tier, they will not qualify for the corresponding Leaderboard Reward.The reward and ranking position cannot be reassigned to another participant, and the relevant reward will not be redistributed.Referral Points will be counted within 48 hours after the referred user completes the corresponding task, and are subject to Binance's risk assessment. Points may be forfeited if the referred user is disqualified following the risk review. Milestone Rewards will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time at which an Eligible Referrer successfully joins the Promotion, subject to the Eligible Referrer accumulating the applicable minimum Referral Points during the Promotion Period. Quota is determined by the time the Eligible Referrer joins the Promotion, not the time they reach the points threshold.Each Eligible Referrer may receive only one reward from Promotion A.If an Eligible Referrer qualifies for both a Leaderboard Reward and one or more Milestone Rewards, they will receive only the reward with the highest value. Rewards cannot be combined or accumulated.
Promotion B: New Referral Exclusive – Complete Tasks to Get Up to 15 USDC
The first 5,000 eligible new users who register for Binance using a participant's Referral Pro Link or ID, complete all required tasks, and claim the reward on the activity page will each receive a reward valued between 2 USDC and 10 USDC, while supplies last.
How to Participate:
Eligible new users must complete all of the following tasks during the Promotion Period and pass Binance’s risk assessment:
Log in to the Binance App at least once;Top up at least 30 USD equivalent via Fiat deposit, Buy Crypto or P2P; andComplete at least 100 USD equivalent in trading volume via Convert and/or Spot.
Earn an Additional 5 USDC by Completing the bStocks Trading Task:
In addition to the reward above, the first 1,000 eligible new referrals who:
Complete all required onboarding tasks under Promotion B; andSubsequently accumulate at least 1,000 USD equivalent in bStocks trading volume during the Promotion Period,

Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.
