The program provides eligible VIP 1-9 users with 30 days of VIP level protection during the Validity Period below on a one-off discretionary basis. Eligibility All users who reached VIP 1-9 at any point between 2026-10-21 00:00 (UTC) and 2026-10-30 23:59 (UTC) are considered "eligible users" of this program, including: Users in the VIP ProgramUsers currently under existing VIP loyalty programUsers who have applied a valid VIP Level Upgrade Trial Voucher which is subsequently approved 30-Day VIP Level Protection Binance will set the highest VIP level the user reached between 2026-10-21 00:00 (UTC) and 2026-10-30 23:59 (UTC) as the "Protected Level".For the 30-day period from 2026-11-03 00:00 (UTC) to 2026-12-02 23:59 (UTC) (“Validity Period”), the user's VIP level will not fall below the Protected Level regardless of whether the user meets the usual requirements under the VIP program.Changes to a user's VIP level above the Protected Level are unaffected. If a user reaches a higher VIP level through assets or trading volume, they will continue to enjoy the benefits of that higher level under the platform's current VIP rules.Throughout the Validity Period, users continue to enjoy all exclusive benefits and services corresponding to their current VIP level, ensuring an uninterrupted benefits experience. Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) govern users’ participation in the program above (“Program”). By participating in this Program, users agree to these Program Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Program Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Program Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.Only users who complete identity verification can qualify for rewards in the Program.
