8月20日，国家发展改革委党组成员、副主任岳修虎同志主持召开“两重”建设工作推进会，天津、内蒙古、江苏、浙江、河南、广东等6省（区、市）分别做了发言。会议重点通报全国“两重”建设项目实施进展情况，布置下一步重点工作，要求各地加大督促力度，真抓实干、有力有效加快推动重大项目建设。国家发展改革委投资司负责同志参加会议。
