其中提出，到2028年，制修订脑机接口领域标准40项以上，牵头及参与研制国际标准10项以上，推动超100家企业开展标准宣贯与实施推广。到2030年，累计研制标准80项以上，标准体系基本形成，不断提升我国脑机接口全球标准参与度与产业贡献度。
