据深圳中原研究中心监测，8月深圳楼市整体保持平稳态势，全市一二手住宅成交6864套，虽受传统淡季影响环比下滑17.5%，但同比上升8.5%，创下2022年以来同期新高。从各区表现来看，龙岗、宝安两区一二手住宅累计成交量双双突破千套，其中龙岗以1380套领跑全市。
