菲律宾餐饮龙头、永和大王母公司快乐蜂（JFC）的资本路线图再度转向。9月1日，快乐蜂通过菲律宾证券交易所公告披露：拟将海外业务注入新设主体——快乐蜂食品国际公司（Jollibee Foods Corporation International，以下简称“JFCI”），分拆至港交所主板挂牌。
