The exchange's own app push and official announcement channel are first-party, free and authoritative, and if you follow a single exchange they are enough. Setup steps

1. Open the Tokenearly dashboard. A guest account is created instantly with no signup; upgrade with Telegram, a wallet or an email address to use it across devices.
2. Under exchange announcements, switch on Binance and add keywords (table below). For spot listings only, use a combo keyword: include “listing”, exclude “futures”. In the last 30 days most Binance listing titles started with “Binance Will List” / “Binance Futures Will”, filed under the “New Cryptocurrency Listing” category on Binance; adding those openings as keywords cuts false positives further.
3. In notification settings enable Webhook: Subscribe to the Business plan; Enter the HTTPS URL and a Bearer Token in notification settings; Send a test; HTTP 200 means it works
4. Press the test button; when the test message arrives you are connected. From then on every Binance announcement matching your keywords is pushed, with delayed delivery on the free tier and in real time on paid plans.

Recommended keywords

Keywords are matched against the Chinese, English and Korean titles at once: Binance publishes in English and titles are translated automatically, so an English keyword such as “listing” also catches Korean or Chinese notices; add words in all three languages to be safe.

Webhook setup details

• After subscribing to the Business plan, enter the HTTPS URL and a Bearer Token in notification settings; every matched alert is POSTed as JSON with four fields: title, content, timestamp (Unix seconds) and url.
• Verify the Authorization: Bearer <token> header before processing to reject forged requests; HTTP 200 counts as delivered, so respond fast and process asynchronously.
• Discord and Slack incoming webhooks expect their own formats, so put a relay in between (n8n, a Cloudflare Worker or a small service of your own); open-source receivers are on GitHub.
• You can also write straight to a database or trigger a trading script; use timestamp for de-duplication and ordering.

Binance published 144 announcements in the last 30 days, 6 of them listings; with the keywords above your endpoint receives roughly 1 Binance listing POSTs a week, clustered around 09:00–10:00, 08:00–09:00, 07:00–08:00 (UTC), so keep the endpoint available then. timestamp is Unix seconds (for example 1792396805) and url points to the on-site original, handy for de-duplication.
